EE 2010 - The Creative Advantage
Course Description
This course is presented in two parts: (1) Cultivated Creativity centers on individual creative development. Participants examine how creativity works, identify their personal creative processes, and build the confidence to apply creativity in alignment with professional goals. (2) Collaboration & Scaling Creative Process shifts the focus to teams and organizations. Participants explore what enables successful creative collaboration, identify their collaborative styles, and design structures that support effective and scalable creative work.Course Format
This course is delivered in a live, online, and synchronous learning format. Participants are expected to be present and engaged for the complete course session schedule, noting that some additional work may be involved outside of live sessions. Synchronous courses utilize Zoom for live sessions and a learning platform called Canvas for course materials and assignments. Students are responsible for logging into Canvas, attending scheduled Zoom sessions, managing their time, and completing the course requirements. Course overview, materials, and Zoom links will be provided to enrolled students via Canvas or email from the course trainer(s) to your Emerson email account no later than the first date of your course.Requirements
