Course Description

Examines how to successfully design, develop and execute effective integrated social media, mobile and app marketing programs. Students learn to identify which new media selections best fulfill a marketing strategy. Students develop proficiency and expertise in marketing through social and mobile devices with an emphasis on engaging specific target groups. Students are prepared to be a social media and mobile marketing focused digital marketer.

Course Format

This course is offered entirely online through our learning platform called Canvas. Generally there are no set class meeting days or times for online asynchronous courses, but students are responsible for logging into Canvas, managing their time and completing the course requirements by the scheduled weekly due dates. The instructor will be available online, and/or via phone during scheduled office hours.
