Course Description

"Students become familiar with the language of accounting and learn to create, interpret, analyze, and evaluate financial statements (e.g., balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement). Armed with this knowledge, students then use case studies and in-class exercises to analyze how managers use data presented on financial statements to make decisions about budgeting, cost allocation, and overall company performance."

(Undergraduate level MB 200 Minimum Grade of D or Undergraduate level MB 472 Minimum Grade of D or Undergraduate level MB 473 Minimum Grade of D) or (Undergraduate level BC 205 Minimum Grade of D and Undergraduate level BC 210 Minimum Grade of D and Undergraduate level EC 204 Minimum Grade of D)

Requirements

This course is available for undergraduate credit. Students must possess a high school diploma and must be an adult age 18 or older to participate.
