Course Description

4-week course

This course covers 3D animation and postproduction techniques for applications ranging from independent filmmaking to corporate media production. Hands-on exercises teach the basics of 3D modeling and animation in Maya, and a workflow for creating advanced special effects and compositing 2D and 3D animation with live action video in Adobe After Effects. Students should have a basic level of comfort with After Effects (CE 0936) before joining the class.
