Classes run from December 20, 2021 to January 7, 2022. Due to holidays, classes will NOT be held on the following dates: December 24, 25 and January 1; but WILL be held on December 31, and (Sunday) January 2.

Winter Session courses are delivered at an accelerated pace, allowing students to complete credits quickly. This is a great opportunity to catch up or get ahead in progressing towards degree completion.

Tuition

All credit-bearing courses charge tuition based on an hourly tuition rate calculated by the number of academic units (credit hours) assigned to a course. Each course on our website will indicate the specific number of credits and the calculated tuition rate so you will know upfront how much your course will cost. Tuition rates are determined on an annual basis for the College. Payment is due at the time of enrollment and may be paid online with a credit card during the secure checkout process. During the winter semester, undergraduate courses are significantly discounted (over 50% off) from the regular academic year rates, so it's a great time to catch up, get ahead, or make progress towards your learning goals.

Fees

For credit-bearing undergraduate or graduate courses, Emerson charges a $35 registration fee assessed once per part of term, regardless of how many courses you decide to take within that part of term. This fee will be visible during the checkout process. Learn more about Undergraduate fees and Graduate fees.

Registration for Non-Degree / Visiting Students

Learn more about enrolling as a Non-Degree or Visiting Student in credit-bearing courses. As courses are intensive, students may enroll in up to 4 credits (1 course) maximum for Winter Session.
